How We Work With You
We offer two ways to work together — both deliver the same standard of quality and oversight. The difference is in how costs and contracts are structured. Pricing is provided on a per-project basis following your initial consultation.
Full Build Package
A single lump-sum contract covering all trades, materials, and project management. One price, one point of accountability – we handle everything.
